Yes. QuietGood is completely free with no ads, no in-app purchases, and no tracking. All features are available to every user.

It's a research-backed gratitude exercise. Each day, you write down three things that went well. Over time, this simple habit has been shown to increase well-being and help you notice more positive moments in your daily life.

Your entries are securely stored in Google Cloud Firestore, encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Your account is managed through Firebase Authentication. We never read, analyse, or share your entries. See our full Privacy Notice for details.

Open QuietGood, go to Settings, and tap "Delete Account." This permanently removes your account and all associated data (entries, preferences, and authentication credentials) within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.

If you would like a copy of your data, please contact us at cheuk.coding@gmail.com and we will provide your data in a portable format within 30 days, in accordance with your data portability rights.

You can set a daily reminder in Settings to nudge you at your preferred time. These are scheduled as local notifications on your device. You can also enable "morning reflections," which replay a past entry to start your day grounded.

That's perfectly fine. Your streak will reset, but your past entries are always preserved. QuietGood is about building a gentle habit, not pressure. You can always start again tomorrow.

QuietGood requires an internet connection to sync your entries and sign in. We recommend using the app with an active connection to ensure your entries are safely stored.
